AusTuff Warranty, Returns & Refund Policy
All Offroad Equipment (All Offroad Equipment Pty Ltd)
All Offroad Equipment (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to providing clear, fair, and transparent warranty, return, and refund processes for all AusTuff branded products sold by All Offroad Equipment.
This policy outlines the conditions under which warranties, returns, repairs, replacements, and refunds may apply and operates in conjunction with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
- Warranty Coverage – AusTuff Products
Warranty Eligibility
- All warranties apply only to the original purchaser
- Warranties are strictly non‑transferable
- Warranty periods commence from the original date of purchase
- Products must be purchased new from All Offroad Equipment or an authorised seller
- Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims

Unless otherwise stated, all AusTuff products not specifically listed in this policy are covered by a 12‑month limited warranty from the original date of purchase.
- What the Warranty Covers
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and proper maintenance during the applicable warranty period.
At its discretion, All Offroad Equipment will:
- Repair the product, or
- Replace the product or defective component, or
- Provide a refund where required under Australian Consumer Law
All warranty determinations are made solely by All Offroad Equipment.
- What the Warranty Does NOT Cover
The warranty does not cover faults or damage resulting from:
- Misuse, abuse, neglect, or incorrect operation
- Failure to follow operating, safety, storage, or maintenance instructions
- Normal wear and tear
- Unauthorised modifications or repairs
- Accidental damage, impact, collision, or environmental exposure
- Use beyond intended purpose
- Continued use after a fault or defect becomes evident
- Commercial hire, rental, or fleet use unless expressly approved in writing
- Consumable or expendable parts
If a product is deemed to have been misused, incorrectly operated, or improperly maintained, the warranty will be void.
- Returns & Refunds – AusTuff Products
Faulty Products (Manufacturer or Supplier Fault)
Returns, repairs, replacements, or refunds will only be offered where:
- The product is confirmed to be faulty, and
- The fault is due to a manufacturing or supply defect attributable to All Offroad Equipment or AusTuff
Claims are assessed in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
No Change‑of‑Mind Returns
Change‑of‑mind returns are not accepted for AusTuff products that:
- Have been used, operated, installed, or run
- Have been unwrapped where safety, hygiene, or operational integrity may be compromised
- Are engines, powered equipment, vehicles, or recovery gear
Recovery Gear
Recovery gear cannot be returned for change of mind if:
- The product has been used, or
- The product has been unwrapped, as it may have been used and safety cannot be verified
Quad Bikes & Tuk Tuks
- No change‑of‑mind returns once operated or used in any capacity
- Eligible only for warranty assessment
- Any misuse, incorrect operation, or unauthorised modification will void the warranty
- Factory Seconds, Clearance & Ex‑Demonstration Products
- Sold strictly “as‑is”
- No warranties, refunds, exchanges, or credits apply
- Cosmetic imperfections or disclosed defects do not constitute a fault
- By purchasing these items, customers acknowledge and accept their condition
- Warranty Claims Procedure
All warranty claims must:
- Be lodged with All Offroad Equipment directly
- Be submitted within the applicable warranty period
- Include proof of purchase and adequate evidence of the claimed fault (photos, videos, descriptions)
We may request additional evidence to assess claim validity.
Unauthorised Repairs
- Repairs must not be carried out without prior written approval
- All unauthorised repair costs will be borne by the customer
- Approved third‑party repairs require express written authorisation
- Shipping Damage
Shipping damage must be reported:
- Immediately upon delivery, or
- As soon as reasonably practicable if damage is concealed
Photographic evidence and carrier documentation may be required.
- Australian Consumer Law
This policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer rights under the ACL, including rights to repair, replacement, refund, or compensation for major failures.
